Experience the thrill of freefall from a plane at a speed of 120 miles per hour at the regions first Sky Dive at Sky Dive Dubai

On the day of your reservation, you will have to make your way to the Palm Drop Zone. After registration and waiver forms are filled out, and your BMI is calculated for safety reasons, a spot for you will be reserved on one of SkyDubai's aircraft. About 30 mins before you board the plane, you will be introduced to your instructor who will walk you through the whole procedure, give you a safety briefing, walk you through the best positions for the free fall that is soon to come, and help you put on your harness. You will be accompanied by a camera flyer who will interview you prior to boarding (be sure to smile every time you see them!).

You will then be taken to the boarding area, taking pictures all the while, as safety checks are conducted on all equipment and the aircraft itself.

Soaring through the Dubai Sky

Next, board your aircraft and, as you ascend, get to marvel at breathtaking views of the surrounding areas. The ride on the way up is 20 mins long and right before you reach exit altitude, a whopping 13,000ft or 4,000m, you will be harnessed to the front of your instructor, and checked over once more before jumping from the aircraft. You will freefall for a full 60 seconds, but do try to smile for the camera as you do! Your parachute will finally deploy at 6000ft, following which you will have up to 5 minutes of a comparatively relaxing parachute ride, allowing you to get your bearings and admire the incredible views of the surrounding areas as you descend.

The rest is better experienced than told, but we can guarantee, you're not bound to forget it any time soon!

    Important Information

    • The names of the guests booked for the skydiving experience must match the names on their passports. Any changes to the names after the booking has been processed will be charged at AED 300 per name and must be paid at the time of check-in.
    • We recommend that you wear comfortable and athletic clothes along with sneakers or sports shoes for this activity.
    • The Skydive Dubai Tandem Waiver and Insurance Policy form are required to be filled out and signed by participants.
    • Participants aged 70 years and above are required to fill out the Declaration of Fitness form and have it signed and stamped by their doctor before arrival.
    • Guests are not allowed to assign their ticket to someone else.

    Restrictions

    • Guests aged 18 and under , women weighing more than 90kgs/198lbs , women with a BMI greater than 27.5, men weighing more than 100kgs/220lbs , and men with a BMI greater than 30 are restricted from participating in this experience.
    • It is required to avoid drugs, alcohol, and scuba diving 24 hours before your experience begins.
    • The experience is not accessible for pregnant women, guests with epilepsy, fits, severe head injury, recurrent blackouts or giddiness, disease of the brain or nervous system, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, dislocated shoulder or other limb(s), recurrent weakness, diabetes, mental illness, and drug or alcohol addiction.
    • SkyDive Dubai staff will weigh you (with your shoes and clothes on) when you check in on the day of your skydive.
    • All participants must carry a valid photo ID on the day of their experience and a waiver form must be signed at the time.
    • The flight may not take place when the weather conditions are poor. If you feel unsure about the weather on the day of your experience, you can reach out on the details mentioned in your confirmation voucher to check flight status.
    • These are legal and manufacturer restrictions and exist for safety reasons, as such, no exceptions will be made.

    Timings

    • Flights are available seven days a week, with the option of sunrise or sunset timings.
    • Depending on the availability, the final time slot of your flight could change by 60-90 mins from the time slot you have selected during checkout.
